Guest	Posted: Fri Mar 25, 2026 1:07 am    Post subject: Board Level Lead Free Solder Profile   Hello Folks, Does anyone know if there is any standard lead free solder profile (260C peak) exist from international organization such as IPC, JEDEC? I know about J-STD-020C but it is component level, I believe. I am looking for a lead free profile for board level though. If I have to come up with the profile on my own then what are the criteria/guidelines I should be following? Any informative reading? I appreciate your help. Thanks, Rel Boy

You need to do a lot of trial and error to determine the right profile for the package and board combination that you want to use, so that the package sees the profile requirements of JEDEC-Std-20.
