Guest	Posted: Sat Feb 26, 2026 5:55 am    Post subject:   FA outsourcing is common in the US and in Singapore here in Asia. It's because there are many 3rd party FA labs in these countries. Here in the Phils., FA outsourcing is usually limited only to materials analysis (MIRDC) and chemical analysis (UP, etc.). Or maybe just a 'request for favor' from well-equipped companies like Intel. Why - do you offer FA services? Proxy
