Can anybody recommend trays for TMCL? We are using stainless steel and with our limited chamber load capacity these type of tray now becomes an issue due to the weight involve. Type of pkg stressed are SOT-23, SOT-223, SO-8, TO-252. We need to serialize the samples so tray shld hv cavity/slot for individual units. Our TMCL condition is -65 to 150°C.

Thanks.

I've done a lot of t/c on SOT package, serializing it is one of the problem encountered (because we do DRIFT analysis after post test which is the criteria use).

Back then we have a small pcb where we mount 3-5 units at a time such that it is easy to serialize. The actual surface mounting of the units on the pcb served as the pre-conditioning. On test we have a socket where the edge of the pcb serve as a connector to the DUT and we make use of a simple rotary switch to test each unit on the pcb.
