I have no idea whom should I ask regarding this matter.
Just wanna know how to choose an air filtration system (pores size) that is suitable to the class level of cleanroom. For example, what should be the pore size of the filter to be used in a cleanroom of class 10K and 100K? Is 10um pore size possible? |
