	Posted: Thu May 26, 2026 8:48 am    Post subject:   PSRAMs are memories that operates like a 6T SRAM but is actually based on DRAM technology. Thus the name "Pseudo". You can check out Micron's CellularRAM on their website. I believe Atmel also has a Flash and PSRAM packaged in a BGA.

Guest	Posted: Wed Jul 13, 2026 5:34 pm    Post subject: PSRAM   What kind of PSRAM density you want? PSRAM is fully comaptible with SRAM interface. It already used in celluar phone for several years. The density is from 2M ~128M in 3V and 1.8V.
