Hi,

Anyone come across resistance value changes in resistor networks assembled in Soic / Qsop packages over a period of time after the parts are electrically tested. The value of the resistance networks are 10K ohms and the tolerance is 2%.

However when the parts are decapped, the electrical resistance in the die is still within specs.

What kind of resistors are these? Are these thin-film resistors on a silicon die? What's the die size? Are the resistors just localized to one area of the die or evenly distributed?
