Ever felt that as an FA/Rel Engr you got typecast for this function that when you applied in another field such as process or product Engineering, you get ignored or rejected.

Many managers here in the Philippines feel that it is harder to train FA/Rel engineers, so they don't want to lose them to other 'fields'. Why, are you no longer happy in FA/Rel?

Not if you've been a Process and/or Product Engr first before being an FA/Rel Engr.

I always believe that being in the production line teaches you the very details of asssembly/test processes. And such is a big boost in helping you analyze failures of the package.
