hello:
I have a question, can the different resin cause the different whisker test result?
I have done two test of whisker at the same time, the samples have the same leadframe and electroplate flow. The one difference is the compound。
but I can`t understand i have gotten the different result 。From now on, i have found one difference,but i can`t insure it`s the cause. |
