IC subcontractor assy/test in Shenzhen , China

Hi there,

Anyone who could recommend IC subcontractor that offers:

wafer sort --> wafer saw --> pick & place (waffle pack)---> visual --> ship.

Location should be Shenzhen, Guanzhou in China.

ASAT(DG) can meet your request with good quality, except wafer sort.

thanks for the reply. ASAT DG will not support the process i am looking since theirs is a full turnkey set-up. thanks guys for the reply..

i found one but ABLE Electronics does not have any high-end tester.

any more suggestion for an IC subcontractor in Guanzhou area? thanks!

how about Zhong Shan? Torch High Tech industry park has a Tai Wan assembly factory---AMBIT, near Acer's Fab. it can deal with wafer saw(Disco 3350), pick place. the pick place machine they used comes from Korea. for visual, i believe you can not found another factory do better than Ambit. they really do 100% visual inspection for you.
