| What does 'rejuvenation' of capillaries and bonding tools mean? Does this mean cleaning or reworking of old tools so they're like new again? Aren't there quality implications from such reworked tools? Or are you using a new technology to ensure that the tools are really 'rejuvenated'? Sorry if my questions don't sound right - I'm not from Assembly and more of a QA guy. |
