hope you can help on my problem...

i have a rel test case and after doing the post delamination check
eh nawala yung delamination at top die paddle.....

i believe that this phenomenon have something to do with the
silver plating coating of die paddle...

hope someone could explain this phenomenon...

I don't think that a die paddle delam can 'heal' once it is there. Are you sure there was no inadvertent 'switching' of samples that happened? Also, can you please clarify what you mean by 'pre-' and 'post-'? Are these pre-stress and post-stress? If so, what stresses were performed?

i agree with you if it is really a delamination it won't heal anymore.... accidental switching of units is impossible... prior the precon level we're marking the units to be sure that any delamination change will be verified after precon level.

by the way pre and post means delamination check before and after precon level respectively.
