Q1. Could somebody share insights of what causes the solder fracture after 1000TC aside from solder fatigue due to thermomechanical stress? Most of the failures are happening on the right side of the die. Why?

Q2. What is the design rule for solder die attach machine spanker tool to get a better solder coverage and wettability?

Q3. If Im going to turnoff the spanking process on the soft solder D/A machine, what are the significant factors to prevent voids?
