Ads are ordered on a
quarterly (3 months), semi-annual
(6 months), or
annual basis only. They are payable in cash, check, or credit card. Cash
and check payments will be picked up by
our representative after the ad appears. For foreign orders,
only credit card or wire
transfer payments are accepted.
Our One-Step Order Placement Process:

Just
choose the type(s) of ad(s) that you want to place
(select from Table 1 below)
and
send
us an email* at [email protected] stating which ad option(s)
you want. We will then
contact you for all the other details.
No need to write a letter: just indicate the option number and
we'll take care of the rest. Example: If you want to take Option 3, just
write 'Option 3' in your email and then send it to us. It's that
simple!

A few things you
may want to note:
1. If we can not
get a copy of your logo from the web, we
will request you to email us your company logo (any graphic format, although
*.gif or *.jpg is preferred) and URL address to your hyperlink (if any).
Otherwise, we are presuming that you are allowing us to get a copy of your
logo from the web and put it on your ad spot.
2. We also suggest
that you put a contact number in your email, although this is just optional.
Nonetheless, doing so may facilitate the processing of your ad.
3. Ad placements
are executed on a first-come, first-served basis as determined by the date and
time of receipt of
payment.
In most instances, we will put your ad even before we receive your payment.
However, we can not reserve this spot for you unless we get your payment.
4. We will email
you once your ad has appeared. You have to email us back within 72 hours if
you want to change the location of your ad spots. Changes are subject to the
availability of ad spots of your preference. Thus, the sooner you
request a change, the more likely you'll get your preferred spot.
5. Once the posted
ad has been approved by you, you will be requested by email to remit the first
payment for the ad. You may pay using your
credit card
by clicking on the corresponding hyperlink on the right column of Table 1
above.
6. You may
cancel your ad orders anytime after the first ad cycle (quarterly,
semi-annual, or annual) is completed, but cancellation requests must be
received 2 weeks before the current cycle ends.
