We are planning not to do OQA on every single test lot anymore. Just selected lots. Is this OK? If yes, how many lots should be sampled (% lots) as a minimum? Thanks.

You're talking about Skip Lot Sampling. Skip Lot sampling means that only a fraction of the submitted lots are inspected. This sampling mode is supposed to save time and effort. However skip-lot sampling should only be used when it has been demonstrated that the quality of the submitted product is very good.

Hi,
Yes its possible to use. Only if only your process were good and the human handling is minimum.
