| Hello... is there anyone who knows a standard (IPC/MIL/JEDEC/etc.) that mentioned what is the minimum times you can do rebonding for wirebond process? I know that there is an MIL spce that mentioned the location of the rebond above the previous bond but i haven't found the # of times we can do this. |
