Welcome to the forum! Please allow me to redirect your inquiry to the real experts on copper wirebonding out there. I never really had the chance to get directly involved with copper wires, so I'm not in a position to give tips, or a lecture at that! Then again, our motto is 'ask it, and we'll research it.'
