| I had been visited your www and seeing you can advise me to solve some problem happen. My product is LED I found that bond line thickness has the void and I do not have the idea to solve it. Please you see the picture attached and would you pls recommend or advise to check in assembly process.

| in line with this topic, what is the most reliable testing method for voids in eutectic DA (also in epoxy and soft solder, if voids also occur in the technology)? what is the most commonly used method for this? |
