I have problems in removing burr created after sawing. As the product is moisture sensitive, I have high failure rates in exploring automated deburring methods such as waterjets and ultrasonic deburring. Are there any other automated dry deburring methods that can remove burr effectively and yet does not create ESD problems? Please advise, anyone?
