| We are observing lower die shear readings on different plastic part numbers after decapsulation. It appears from all the MFG test reports observed, no one does die shear testing after decapsulation but before encapsulating. Are we learning some thing new? _________________ PTE |

| Which kind of die attach material did you use? Ag epoxy or soft solder?
For soft solder, I think it's no obvious difference after/before decapsulation. |
